RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns of your willow506.com purchases.

Returns & Exchanges must be received by www.willow506.com within 14 days of Original Shipping Date.

You must receive an RA number.To return or exchange an item you must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number.

To do so, please follow these 4 easy steps:

Step 1)

To receive an RA, E mail us at returns@willow506.com immediately upon receiving your package. An RA number will be e mailed back to you within 24 hours.We are closed Sundays.

Step 2)

Mail: Simply send back the unwanted merchandise unworn, with tags attached and the original invoice. Using the United States Post Office is acceptable, as well as UPS or Fed Ex.

Step 3)

Pack and seal your return securely. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Packages will not be accepted without the RA number.
