How much is shipping? |

Do you ship internationally? |
| |

Yes. We charge a flat rate of $39 and use Global Express Mail. We must be able to verify the credit card. For those countries that don't allow credit card verification, you must fax or e-mail a copy of your passport and the front and back of the credit card that you are using. |

When do you ship? |
| |
|
All orders are shipped immediately. They must be placed by 3pm to get out that day. We don't ship out on Saturday or Sundays. (Unless it is raining on Saturday and we are at work, instead of at the beach!) |

Do I have to have an RA (or RMA) to make a return? |
| |
|
Yes. Without an RA (Return Authorization) number written on the OUTSIDE of the package we will not accept the package / delivery. That means it will not be accepted and you will get it back. So, please follow our stated [Return Policy] to receive an RA number; and make your life and our lives easier! |

Do you special order? |

Unfortunately, many of our designers do not have stock available in their warehouse. But if we can get it for you, we will try. Please note: Special order sales are all final (i.e. No Refunds / Exchanges). See our [Contacts] section to reach us. |

I see my size, but it won't let me order, why? |
| |
|
If this happens, it means that your size was recently sold. You can always e-mail us and if an item becomes available we can contact you. |

Why do I need to register? |
| |
|
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You many access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our e mail list, this does not mean you are registered. If you are registered, you will be on our e mail list. You don't have to join the list again. |

How do I get e mails from you? |

Once you register, you will receive e mails from us as long as you checked the box to receive them. If you don't register and you want to receive our e mails, simple click MAILING LIST at the top of the HOME page. |

What if I forget my password? |
| |
|
A forgotten password can be recovered by clicking the [Forgot Your Password?] link on the [Account] login page. On the resulting page, enter your e-mail address into the provided form field and then click the [Continue] button. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address on file for your account, as entered into the form. |
