Willow506 was started by Kim Livengood and Joanne King joined her in 2004 as a full partner. The store is named after Kim's daughter, Willow, who was adopted from China in 1998. Willow is the most stylish kid in Sarasota. The 506 comes from the address of the original location.

In October 2007, a change of ownership happened when Joanne fell in love and decided to relocate to Michigan. The store is now owned by Kristen Wickstand, a former customer of Willow506 and fashionista extrordinaire. Kim is still around to give her a hand and help out with the website. Kristen has the same mission and commitment to keep bringing in fun, trendy, sexy clothes that you just have to have in your closet.

Store Hours Monday - Friday 11 - 6 and Saturdays 12 - 5 (Closed Sundays to go to the beach... we were voted whitest sand in the world!)
